Returns and Exchanges

Policy

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition in the box or bag for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense. Sale items ( including items that a discount code are used for ) are a final sale, and are accepted for store credit only or may be exchanged for a size if it available. We do charge 5.00 for shipping of exchanges. Please note that any item that "your price" is less than the listed "regular price" the item considered a sale item and will only be able to be returned for an exchange or store credit.. PRE-ORDERS Are only able to be returned for a store credit. If you use a free shipping discount code to recieve free shipping on your order and return any or all of the order to cause the order total to fall below the amount required for the free shipping..the shipping cost will be taken out of your refund or store credit amount.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, Invoice number,e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem.  All returns are handled immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement.  Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Recipients who would like to exchange an item should contact sales@littlemonkeytoes.com  or call toll free 1-877-674-4342 Monday thru Friday 9-4 Central time.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of Alabama. The current rate for Alabama sales tax 9.0%.

At Little Monkey Toes we ship via USPS. We ship out daily Monday through Friday. You will receive conformation of shipping by e-mail. Should you have additional questions concerning the status of your order, please feel free to e-mail or call us.
